Situated on the water’s edge on the Isle of Dogs, the site occupies almost 15 acres. It was the largest printing works in Europe until the business relocated in 2011.
The Westferry Printworks site will become home to over 700 new residential properties, a 1,200-space secondary school, a community centre, creche, sports and healthcare facilities, commercial office space and a mix of independent retailers, restaurants and bars.
