The Endless Stair

The centrepiece of the 2014 London Design Festival, these Escher-like, interlocking staircases were designed by Alex de Rijke and built entirely from CLT. Originally intended to be adjacent to St.Paul’s Cathedral, it was finally situated on the riverside by the Tate Modern.
