The mixed use project, currently being developed by Foster and Partners, presents a weath of features including a super-luxury hotel, apartments and huge office and leisure space. The summit has publicly accessible viewing deck with cafes and bars offering incredible views for both visitors and residents of Moscow. Additionally, the tower will have an 'energy cycle' that will pioneer sustainable architecture. Heat will be harnessed from the offices in winter and utilize the cooling air from the ground in summer.
