We provided a series of verified planning and marketing visuals for the proposed redevelopment of Fleetbank House, which will become a 40,000m² office building.

The uses within the building are diversified at ground floor level by extensive retail and restaurant space. In addition to the existing pedestrian routes through and around the site, it is proposed to create a new route between Fleet Street and Salisbury Square.
