Yesterday we visited a 1930′s art deco building, and whilst there we got to see inside the large clock, complete with original beautiful mechanisms.

Images from June 2007 and March 2011.
In late June 2007 work was completed on two 6km tunnels to re-route electricity cabling underground from 52 pylons that previously crossed the site. In 2011 all the major infrastructure can be seen – The Olympic Stadium, arenas, new roads, railway lines and bridges across the River Lea. The 2.5 square kilometre site is currently employing 12600 people in construction jobs, and soon the site will be open for test events.
Whilst shooting roof-top panoramics back in March, two members of the Cityscape team took some additional photos on what turned out to be a beautifully crisp spring morning in the capital.
